About Me

Hi there!

My name is Ariana Lawrence, and I’m excited to support you on your nutrition journey.

I’m an everyday athlete who understands the challenges of balancing training, performance, and everyday life. My athletic background includes swimming, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and, more recently, HYROX and distance running. I completed my first HYROX race last year and am currently training for another race as well as my first half-marathon!

Throughout every stage of my athletic journey, nutrition has been the foundation that allowed me to train harder, recover better, and pursue new goals with confidence. That passion led me to become a Registered Dietitian (RD), earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from UC Davis and a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition Science from the University of New England, where I focused some of my work on sports nutrition.

Today, I help everyday athletes improve performance, recovery, and overall well-being through practical, personalized nutrition strategies. I believe nutrition should support your goals without adding stress or complexity, and I’m passionate about helping clients build a positive, sustainable relationship with food.
